Responsibilities include:
- Agents will read the notes on each org/chart before calling, dispositioning calls correctly, and following established operating procedures while maintaining high quality work
- Toggle between applications and screens with ease
- Work with providers to get a commitment on scheduling the chart retrieval, as the goal of each call is to speak to the provider/point of contact and gain a commitment for sending in the identified medical records to the client
- Make a large number of calls per day, around 40 – 60 outbound calls per day
