Job Title: Director or VP of Client Success
Location: Portland, ME Salary: $125-160K+ DOE
Fast-growing, SaaS start-up offering a full suite of services to mid-size and large retailers. Our platform includes data analysis and reporting, inventory, vendor management, logistics, POS/back office, website/e-commerce/web distribution, and loyalty/promotions solutions to our clients. We provide consulting, software, and hosting with a cloud-based, touch-screen-enabled set-up that can be used across the organization.

What You Will Be Doing
• Work with our leadership group and jump in as a hands-on leader for our Client Success team.
• Build, Lead, Optimize the growing SaaS client success team.
• Partner with clients to ensure success on our platform driving adoption, expansion and retention.
• Influence the future lifetime value of clients through higher product adoption, client satisfaction, etc.
• Create a repeatable model to scale client success operations sustainably while maximizing client satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize data analysis to drive account-focused campaigns to increase client engagement and success.
• Partner with product development, sales, and marketing to ensure the best customer experience through their journey. What You Need for this Position
• Bachelors Degree
• Strong Client Success/Customer Centric business operations or similar leadership experience
• SaaS or tech platform preferred, or passion/excitement about the opportunity to work in that space
• Willingness to wear many hats – you are going to be hands-on in this role
• Advanced SQL knowledge and/or overall technical/data analysis aptitude
Plus if you have the following;
• MBA
• Retail/Warehouse/Logistics/Inventory Software/SaaS experience
• Background in retail or similar environment (even as your first part-time job!)
• Start-up environment
