Consulting – Data, AI and Automation Strategist – MBA Intern
As a Data, AI and Automation Strategist professional, you will help guide c-level executive leaders to develop and implement data driven strategies to improve business performance. You will be an integral member of engagement teams, where you will lead client interviews, conduct research, financial analysis, and develop executive level presentations for the c-suite. You will shape end-to-end digital transformation inclusive of business, technology, process, and people implications to drive business value for our clients. Through these engagements, you will be exposed to the end-to-end data, AI and automation lifecycle including business demand intake, use case prioritization, data strategy, AI/ML strategy, data integrations, automation strategy, information security and much more.
You will support complex initiatives encompassing large scale data, AI, and automation led transformations including designs, assessments, gap analyses, optimization, and process improvement engagements. Additionally, opportunities will exist to improve your skillset by learning and applying various industry models and frameworks to provide consulting services to the clients.
Data, AI and Automation Strategist position offers a unique opportunity to build expertise in data analysis, modeling, automation, and business strategy while working for a leading provider of innovative solutions. - Qualifications
- Pursuing a MBA and have approximately 3-7 years of prior work experience
- A collaborative approach to work, and the motivation to develop your skills by taking ownership of new challenges
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with statistical analysis (regression, neural networks, decision trees, random forest, K-means etc.)
- Able to articulate scalable data architecture concepts, document reference architectures, and speak to end-to-end solutions
- Ability to break down financial statements like income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement to identify improvement opportunities and differentiators
- Ability to understand, analyze and apply leading frameworks to solve complex technology problems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audience
- Experience in data analysis, reporting and developing executive presentations
- Excellent presentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively to all audiences
- Strong leadership skills and a desire to build cutting-edge solutions
- Ability to take initiative and drive execution with minimal supervision
- 5+ years of experience in a business technology or consulting role
- Ability to thrive in fast paced and dynamic environments
- Ability to use Microsoft Suite programs
- A willingness and ability to travel up to 40-60% to client sites
- A driver’s license valid in the U.S.

The hourly rate for this job, in the US, is $87.50. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
