The Treasury Support Specialist is an expert in the fields of treasury operations, training, bank reconciliation, research, and process documentation. This position is perfect for professionals that have a passion for learning, growth, organization and providing excellent customer support for our dealership operations teams. This position will allow you to thrive in a fast-paced environment, build professional relationships and take personal ownership over projects and tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains policies and procedures for treasury operations
  • Creates new process documentation for training purposes
  • Provides training for operational functions within treasury for department and stores, including store outreach training and new store onboarding
  • Provides evaluation and analysis of company banking needs including the administration of electronic banking user access and authorized signor changes, and the periodic review of accounts, structures, and related statuses to optimize fees and efficiencies
  • Complete bank reconciliations for various accounts ensuring accuracy and analysis of large or unusual reconciling items
  • Assist month-end procedures including general ledger entries
  • Maintains communication with corporate accounting and finance teams to facilitate and ensure the company’s timely and effective postings
  • Seek continuous improvement; encourage ideas to improve processes
  • Assist with Treasury initiatives and projects to improve department efficiencies, company profitability and cost savings
  • Provide and participate in cross-training within the department
  • Maintains Treasury checklist for critical activities to ensure compliant
  • Tier 2 support for all Treasury related issues generated in Service Now, including extensive research issues
  • Assist with Service Now workflow distribution
  • Maintain store and department check signers for all of Lithia
  • Back up ACH/Wire initiations
  • Assist in new store acquisitions as needed
  • Other duties and projects, as assigned
