TEAM LEAD FOR GRAVEYARD SHIFT IN USA PARKWAY

Spherion Staffing Reno, NV is recruiting for a graveyard shift team lead position in USA Parkway
Client is distributor of organic related products
Schedules:
Monday – Thursday 5:30 PM – 4:00 AM
Friday – Sunday – 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Temp to Hire
Pay $22.00 p/h

Responsibilities:
Takes the lead in effectively applying new processes and skills in accomplishing assignments
May provide technical guidance and training to others
Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications
Works on complex problems that require independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issue
Makes recommendation for new or revised processes and has a role on the implementation
Adheres to all quality guidelines
Works with minimal degree of supervision. Has latitude to make decisions in exceptional circumstances within established guidelines
Provides guidance to less experienced team members
May have team leader responsibilities but does not formally supervise

Working hours: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Skills:
2+ years Lead or Supervisor experience in a fast paced work environment
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and follow through skills

Must be able to provide proven track record for team accountability, mentoring and coaching, improving team performance, improving productivity and quality, promoting safe work practices, and facility housekeeping
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred, and proficient in math and reading skills. College degree preferred
Proficient experience using Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office. AS400 experience preferred
Self-initiates to foster development and process improvement in all areas and across team boundaries
