Job Description
Assist USA Dining Marketing Team in informing both parents and incoming students about the benefits of meal plans and the dining options on campus. Work as a team to reach sales goals and complete marketing projects that will enhance the student dining experience on campus.
Job Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable about meal plans and Dining Service locations
- Adheres to all policies/procedures
- Detail oriented
- Utilize the tools and technology available to sell meal plans
- Able to prioritize and carry out work tasks
- Ability to respond quickly to issues at hand with a resolution while maintaining composure
- Treat all customers, peers, and supervisors respectfully and professionally
Qualifications
- Likes to have fun at work and demonstrates a sales competitive nature
- Background and interest in Sales/Marketing
- Desire to actively engage with customers to promote and grow meal plan sales
- Work well independently and with a team
- Be a good role model who demonstrates professionalism
- Self-motivated and strong communicator with managers, customers, and parents
This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
