You will be a part of the Global Commercial Marketing team and report to the Director of Global Commercial Marketing- Microbiology responsible for global product commercialization and product promotion. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Use domain knowledge along with research and analytical skills for market sizing, market landscaping and workflow analysis in the medical diagnostic space
- Build go-to-market plans to support commercialization of third-party products that have material impact to patient care, inclusive of part number life cycle
- Utilize the Danaher Business System to build and own processes specific to new product commercialization in alignment with global marketing and sales teams
- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Collaborate with marketing teams to assess the impact of campaigns on brand visibility, customer acquisition, and engagement
- Monitor and analyze digital strategies employed by competitors. Identify market trends and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science / Biotechnology, Business / Marketing or a related field with 5+ years of related experience or a master’s degree with 3+ years of related experience.
- 1 years or more of work experience in the life sciences, diagnostics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical or related industry
- Demonstrated experience in projects involving market segmentation
- Ability to comfortably work cross-functionally within a matrixed organization and influence key partners across the business
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience in Microbiology (Clinical Diagnostics and Clinical Microbiology)
- Experience working in a Healthcare regulated Product Development and Sales environment, e.g., FDA, IVD
