Security Technician - Badge and Access Control Technician

What you’ll do…

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Badge and Credentialing Specialist to support our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for managing and verifying badge credentialing, supporting emergency situations, issuing badges, monitoring badge use, and completing work assignments.

You will be the first point of contact for associates and non-associates seeking badges and will be responsible for ensuring proper request forms have been completed and submitted according to policy and clearances requested.

You will also be responsible for providing up-to-date information regarding badge status and facility access to management, and explaining badge denial, credentialing issues, or concerns to requestors.

Additionally, you will identify opportunities for improvement and recommend procedure or process changes to management.

We are looking for a candidate who is able to adapt to and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback, and who complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
