Role: SAP SD DSD Architect
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: Full Time only – Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with Order to Cash, Order and Contract Management, Pricing & Rebates Accounts Receivable, DSD and Transportation/Logistics Leads to sustain and deliver the end-to-end solution
- Support decision-making for SAP SD OTC and DSD functionality
- Knowledge of master data objects required to support the Order to Cash processes (business partner, customer hierarchy, etc)
- Effectively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities
- Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology.
- Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore SCRUM team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against
- Participate in key Agile sprint planning, retrospectives and other key activities.
- Along with SCRUM team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience configuring, deploying and handling SAP ERP with a focus on SAP SD OTC, SAP LE and Accounts Receivable
- Solid experience in end-to-end OTC design and development including integration with other functional areas
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP SD DSD
- 2+ years of SAP S4 experience preferred
- Consulting background a plus
- SAP SolMan 7+ , Azure DevOps, Quality Center, Service Now, Xmatters and MS Project
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
