Role: SAP Ariba
Job Level: Manager – Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Full Time only – Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Role Summary:
Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience involving End to End Free Cash Flow (FCF) solutions implementation. Must have experience using SAP ECC Autosys and SAP Ariba Cloud solutions. The candidate should have experience with configuration and test integration between SAP Ariba/Ariba Network and backend SAP ECC using SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
Role Responsibilities:
- Configure and Test Ariba Network Transaction Rules Plan and test Invoice to Pay (I2P) against expense WBS and Simple Services PO items using SAP Ariba Cloud Solutions and SAP ECC
- Experience with various integration mechanisms (CIG CI9 MuleSoft) of Ariba B&I with SAP ECC
- Ariba Invoicing configurations such as exception processing and validations
- Experience with Ariba Contracts and Invoicing against contracts functionality.
- Experience working roll outs and expansion activities.
- Testing end to end Ariba PO’s Invoicing with Ariba network.
- Order Management and processing configurations & various Order Distribution mechanism such as cXML/EDI Email Ariba Network
- Agile methodology from Project mgmt. perspective · Well versed in various Ariba Buying channels such as Guided Buying and its administration.
- Goods Receipt process incl. configuration of tolerances · Ariba Workflow rule set up and configuration.
- Expertise in Ariba Contracts requisition purchase order module including contract terms clause library and contract compliance.
- Ariba Upstream Template creation and configuration
- Functional experience with SAP ECC & SRM (Purchasing Invoicing shopping carts etc.)
