Remarketing Sales Representative

Wells Fargo is seeking a Remarketing Sales Representative within Equipment and Vendor Finance as part of Commercial Banking.

In this role, you will:

Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Commercial Valuations functional area
Contribute to large-scale planning related to functional area deliverables
Analyze new equipment and equipment under lease to ensure values are accurate and the portfolio is sound
Be responsible for both residual valuation and remarketing for various industries
Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a Commercial Valuations team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Commercial Valuations functional area, policies, procedures and compliance requirements
Collaborate and consult with Commercial Valuations peers, colleagues, and middle level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Lead Commercial Valuations projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Commercial Valuations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Advanced Microsoft Excel
Knowledge and understanding of sales, cross sell, marketing or communications
Knowledge and understanding of equipment finance and leasing
Strong collaboration and partnering skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.$100,800.00 – $179,200.00
