Release Manager responsible for Managing E2E Release for assigned projects in Verizon Consumer organization. 6+ yrs of overall experience
• Facilitating Agile Release processes and execution. As part of the role you will manage Escalations on impediments, help manage risk, helps ensure value delivery, and drives continuous improvement.
• Helping to guide and manage the agile teams through the delivery of software.
• assessment and reporting and proactive escalation of project related Risks
• Providing Data driven insights from JIRA reports to streamline the overall Release
• Enabling IT transformation by working across delivery and testing teams.
• Driving efficiencies and eliminate waste from the system.
• Defining and implementing roadmaps and action plans towards achieving operational objectives.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement, their root causes, and solutions to correct them within a team-based work environment
