Your Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor cost variance and utility yield data in SAP at an appropriate frequency.
- Identify items that are exceeding the deviation tolerance as documented in the Business rules and develop a plan to resolve root causes.
- Investigate the cause for deviation to identify if a posting error or a process change has occurred.
- Determine cause for posting errors and develop action plan to eliminate the cause.
- Perform SAP transaction to post daily production and consumption and make appropriate posting corrections.
- Work with Production Coordinator/Technical Staff to identify permanent plant process changes and required master table data updates.
- Maintains Bills of Materials and Routing table data in SAP and determines appropriate changes.
- Performs SAP transactions to update data as required by business rules.
- Monitors and update master table data for new products/raw materials and deletion of discontinued products/raw materials. This involves creating, modifying and deleting master table data such as work centers, bills of materials, routings, etc.
- Reconciles raw material and product inventory discrepancies and makes necessary adjustments to correct inventories.
- Perform SAP transaction to reconcile order after all production posting is complete.
- Monitor Bulk inventory and adjust if needed.
- Monitor and update Pipeline usage.
- Responsible for Monthly SAP closing for Raw Material and Production.- Ensure all Production inventories in SAP agree with physical inventories. Resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor % Inventory Accuracy performance.
- Complete material movements and manage blocked inventory
- Create Stock Transfer Orders for some materials
- Enter Goods Receipts of some movements into SAP
- Enter Goods Issues for pipeline shipments into SAP
- Participate in implementations such as SAP and Mass Balance Tools
- Engage in activities that are strategic for the team such as Management of Change (MOC)
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 2 or more years of experience as a Production Data Analyst or solid experience on a petrochemical plant environment.

- A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP experience would be highly beneficial for this role
- Excel Intermediate proficiency is preferred
- General understanding of process control systems such as IP-21 is desirable
