- Apply your extensive knowledge of principles and advanced techniques to develop solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components.
- Understand the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.
- Establish and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions while identifying and developing plans to address long term trends or issues.

- Experience designing and building Internal Developer Platforms that abstract infrastructure and streamline developer workflows.
- CI/CD pipeline design and optimization. E.g. Gitlab
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or AWS CloudFormation.
- Container orchestration platform (e.g. Kubernetes, ECS)
- Networking, load balancing, and service mesh (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).
- Focus on simplifying developer onboarding, tooling, and workflows.
- Building self-service capabilities (e.g., golden paths, templates, service catalogs).
- Strong coding skills in languages like Go, Python, or Java.
- API design and integration.
- Understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
