As the Partner Technology Manager for Data Analytics and AI, you will engage deeply with technology, practice, and business leaders at SIs to showcase Google’s technology solutions, guide our partners in developing their service offerings, and work closely with Google Cloud solution sales and engineering teams. You will drive practice development across an assigned set of strategic SI partners through technical engagement on Data, Analytics, and AI.
In this role, you will work closely with Partners to influence incubation and development of GCP specific solutions, tools and best practices on Data, Analytics, and AI. You will help the partners develop differentiated GTM content, develop pipeline, land wins, and accelerate consumption for GCP solution offerings. Additionally, you will be engaging with our partners’ executive leadership, securing their trust and sharing insights into how partners can capitalize on market opportunities with Google Cloud. Engage with leaders across Google Cloud’s product engineering, solutions, and enablement teams to align updates and priorities around Data Analytics and AI.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $206,000-$302,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Help partners grow their business on Google Cloud in Data Analytics and AI with the aim of serving as their trusted technical advisor.
- Lead the practice incubation in Data Analytics and AI through effective engagement with partner leadership teams across sales, pre-sales, and delivery.
- Support the technical activation of priority solutions in the Data Analytics and AI.
- Support and deepen the capability and scale of the SI’s GCP practice in Data Analytics and AI.
- Engage closely with Google Cloud product teams in Data Analytics and AI to develop and land product centered solution offerings (cross-regional solution plays) in the SI partner community.
Minimum qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in consulting or delivery in Data Analytics and AI
- 5 years of experience in deploying cloud programs in Data Analytics and AI
- Experience in a leadership role, taking products and solutions to market within cloud, and developing and driving GTM offerings with System Integrators
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Experience in developing GTM offerings based on industry and regional requirements
- Experience in winning/delivering large cloud agreements and conducting partner executive briefings
- Experience engaging with SIs operating in a Global Delivery Model
- Understanding of competitor offerings, with excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to successfully engage executive leadership on communicating drivers for cloud migration
