Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality software, design, and functional documentation
• Provide estimates for specific software feature implementation
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Build unit tests for your code
• Develop and maintain tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
• Communicate with distributed senior development team daily basis
• Collaborate with teams to fix and improve products
• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
• Assist front-line support teams in resolving customer and production issues. tools like ELK, Tableau, AppDynamics, will also help to widen the offerings.
Technical Skills
• Good experience as a Software Engineer (Strong)
• Programming Language: Java core <any specific version>, J2EE (Strong)
• Scripting Language: Groovy; Framework: Spring, Spring Boot (Medium)
• Database: MongoDB (Medium); Web Service: RESTful (Strong)
• IDEs/Source Control: GIT , Eclipse, Jira , Confluence (Strong)
Soft Skills:
• Very good communication skills – both verbal and written
• Experience working in R&D/Agile environments & with distributed teams
• Experience working in multicultural environment
• Ability to document and communicate concepts at multiple levels
• Able to work independently with defined problems on a senior level in certain areas of technical or business expertise.Location – Mexico,
