This is a remote position open to any qualified applicant in the United States
Design and architect end to end MDM solution!
Define and finalize MDM data model
Be responsible for the MDM design document
Technical leadership and mentorship to the development team
Define the integration strategy for MDM with its integration touchpoints
Work closely with product vendor for capacity planning and platform health check (if applicable)
Co-ordinate with customer for any technical dependency or risk
Ensure MDM awareness to the customers
Co-ordination with the customers of the inbound and outbound systems
Lead the match tuning exercise
Define the detailed approach for MDM upgrade and platform migration
Counsel business and IT partners on best-practices related to MDM strategies for matching, survivorship, golden record creation and data federation
Participate, facilitate and drive business requirements workshops and joint application design sessions
Support the translation of business requirements into techno-functional requirements
Drive the end-to-end solution architecture of MDM solutions including data model definition and refinement, data quality assessment and remediation design, data migration strategy, data stewardship process and system interaction design
Own architectural design for the overall MDM solution and integration with broader application architecture along with creation of high level and detailed level architecture documents
Coordinate with middleware/integration teams on end-to-end integration solution and development
Recommend MDM standard methodologies
Solve non-functional issues

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[100,000-150,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
