- Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Have a basic understanding and ability to apply safety policies and practices
- Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12 hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Are able to demonstrate regular physical effort including pushing, pulling, lifting, and bending
- Are able to learn and safely and effectively operate high speed manufacturing equipment.
- Are aware that some job positions may experience extremes of temperatures
- Have basic computer skills
- Can provide 1 year of verifiable work experience or equivalent Military education/training preferred
- Are aware that the position requires learning to drive industrial tractors/forklifts/paddle/clamps
- Possess a strong commitment to working effectively in a team environment
- Have strong communication and leadership skills, including self motivation
- Mechanical, technical or manufacturing skills or related experience
- Demonstrated mechanical ability, including troubleshooting, problem identification and resolution
- Previous or current experience with industrial tractors or forklift operations
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a team based work environment.
