About You

As a person, youโ€™re a learner, a natural leader โ€“ someone who is always reliable, taking initiative to solve problems, and teaming up with others to make things better for all. As a manufacturing operator, you have strong mechanical aptitude and deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals.ย You alsoโ€ฆ

  • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Have a basic understanding and ability to apply safety policies and practices
  • Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12 hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Are able to demonstrate regular physical effort including pushing, pulling, lifting, and bending
  • Are able to learn and safely and effectively operate high speed manufacturing equipment.
  • Are aware that some job positions may experience extremes of temperatures
  • Have basic computer skills
  • Can provide 1 year of verifiable work experience or equivalent Military education/training preferred
  • Are aware that the position requires learning to drive industrial tractors/forklifts/paddle/clamps
  • Possess a strong commitment to working effectively in a team environment
  • Have strong communication and leadership skills, including self motivation

Preferred:

  • Mechanical, technical or manufacturing skills or related experience
  • Demonstrated mechanical ability, including troubleshooting, problem identification and resolution
  • Previous or current experience with industrial tractors or forklift operations
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in a team based work environment.
