Skills required :
· Must have 3 – 6 years of experience with Banking/other domains
· Strong technical background on JAVA, JSF or any UI and covering Database such as Oracle, DB2, MySQL etc.
· Experience in Linux Scripting mandatory and prefer exposure to web based development
· Exposure Batch scheduling tools such as Control-M, Autosys etc. is mandatory
· Able to understand Functional specifications assigned, articulate and have open communication with BA, Dev Leads and peers. Develop technical designs, develop high quality code and conduct thorough Unit testing
· Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
· Highly motivated & proactive team player, detail oriented and self-driven
· Open to learn and collaborate with peers, BA, Dev leads and PM
· Thorough understanding of SDLC/Agile, adopt to dynamic environment and should be able maintain excellent documentation
· Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on own initiative whilst also working collaboratively and deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
