Our HPC Specialists play a key role in supporting our big data analytics and Gen AI initiatives: leveraging their exemplary compute skills, programming experience, and deep appreciation of digital technologies, machine learning, AI and data mining to ensure the projects we co-develop with our cross functional teams and clients have optimized computational resources for maximum performance and reliability.
The role
- Design and implement HPC architectures, including clusters, supercomputers, and cloud-based HPC solutions.
- Evaluate and select hardware components such as processors, memory, storage, and networking to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
- Install, configure, and manage HPC systems, including operating systems, middleware, and applications.
- Monitor system performance and health, and implement improvements and optimizations as needed.

What you’ll bring
- Strong understanding of HPC architectures, including clusters, grids, and supercomputers.
- Deep knowledge of specific technologies like CUDA, MPI, Nvc, nvcc, Thrust
- Programming and scripting experience e.g. C, C++, Fortran, OpenMP, Perl, Python and Bash.
- Experience with NVIDIA DGX systems and AI workload optimization
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Experience with parallel computing techniques and tools (e.g., MPI, OpenMP).
- Knowledge of job scheduling and workload management systems (e.g., Slurm, PBS).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
