Head of Marketing

My client, a leading retail business based in the West Midlands, is looking to recruit a Head of Marketing.

This role would suit either an established Head of Marketing or a Senior Marketing Manager with experience leading a small team.

A broad role focusing on acquisition and retention, utilising the full marketing mix; the role will encompass:

• Defining and delivering multi-channel marketing activity
• Planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Measure and track results and outcome
• Lead the marketing team
• Own the marketing budget

The ideal candidate for this Head of Marketing role will possess the following skills/expertise:

• Knowledge of B2C (and B2B)
• A high understanding of all supporting channels across both offline and online.
• Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
• A strategic thinker that can still operate tactically.
