Your Key Responsibilities
- Implements maintenance standards, and defines maintenance schedules and processes to ensure the availability of all manufacturing machines, for a single plant or MU assigned.
- Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures and tools, manage budgets and resources as agreed.
- Define maintenance-specific processes and schedules, in cooperation with SC and/or production planning.
- Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities, across all assigned workshops.
- Contribute to design, layout, realization and/or optimization of technical infrastructure.
- Manage cooperation with external suppliers and maintenance service providers.
- Manage team of maintenance technicians
Your Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree combined with work experience in this field
- 3 years of progressive management experience
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field of study
