Job Description
Join our team as a Quality Engineer where you will undergo training under the guidance of our Quality Supervisor. This role is perfect for those new to the field, as we are committed to training promising candidates who may not yet have extensive experience. Your responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, conducting inspections, collaborating on process improvements, conducting root cause analysis, maintaining documentation, working with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will also play a crucial role in training and developing production personnel and fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Hard Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in quality engineering within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Familiarity with quality assurance frameworks
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification (preferred)
- Experience with statistical analysis and quality management software (preferred)
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements (preferred)
