What You Will do
- Modeling, prototyping, and testing active and passive RF circuits
- Electromagnetics and multi-physics modeling
- Utilizing modeling tools and testing equipment to establish operating data, conduct experimental tests, and evaluate results.
- Providing support for technical reports and presentation.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Candidates must be currently pursuing a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Please submit a copy of your academic transcripts with your application
- At least 1 year of relevant course work on electromagnetics and RF circuit design.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with RF circuit and electromagnetics design tools such as Keysight ADS, HFSS, Comsol.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with the RF/microwave test equipment including network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generators, oscilloscopes.
- US Person (US citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylum) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
Qualifications We Prefer:
A strong understanding of science and engineering principles, experience with relevant commercial design tools and testing equipment:
- RFIC, MMIC circuit design.
- RF metamaterials
- Computational electromagnetics
- Programming skills including MATLAB, python, GPU programming etc.
