Job Purpose

To implement a comprehensive process performance framework, which ensures accountability for all functions that contribute to the end to end process.

Key Accountabilities

  • Measure the performance of the end-to-end process through the use of proven performance measurement methodologies and tools.
  • Ensure functional near-term and long-term business plans align with end to end process performance measurements and improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and analyse a comprehensive set of leading and lagging cross-functional key performance indicators in support of end-to-end process performance.
  • Facilitate and drive cross-functional sessions to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Identify the root causes of performance failures and ensure that effective corrective actions are in place, escalate to relevant leads where necessary.
  • Facilitate and/or support the process performance sections of the process review meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in an engineering/analytical discipline
  • Significant experience with performance improvement discipline
  • Significant years of management experience including significant interactions at the senior manager level or equivalent

More Information

Salary

$171k – $201k a year, Waltham

$183k – $215k a year, NYC

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
