About the Team
As a Corporate Development Associate you will be solving complex problems, evaluating and executing M&A / investments and driving processes across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with the Corporate Development, M&A Strategy and Ventures team and senior management in the development of strategic plans and execution of important strategic projects
- Managing the inbound and outbound M&A and investment funnels to identify and evaluate opportunities
- Conducting market research and analysis on industries and companies adjacent to Zoom and develop strategic theses
- Supporting and manage due diligence processes on M&A and investment opportunities
- Building detailed financial models to evaluate potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities and ad hoc analysis
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations and materials for M&A and ventures target evaluation
What we’re looking for
- Have 2+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate development or management consulting
- Experience in financial modeling and valuation
- Experience in deal execution end to end, from due diligence to integration
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Have proficiency in handling board and executive level presentations, meetings, strategy discussions
- Experience within software or tech industry
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:$76,800.00
Maximum:$186,200.00
