We are working closely with a local healthcare company that is looking for someone who wants to be an Analyst. This position will play a crucial role in analyzing data, developing insights, and supporting the decision-making process with a focus on Medicare and Medicare claims. Responsibilities:
- Be the subject matter expert in Medicare and Medicare claims.
- Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel and other data visualization tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct data validation and ensure data integrity.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and patient outcomes.
- Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Utilize SQL for data extraction and manipulation (nice to have).
Qualifications:
- Experience in understanding Medicare and/or Medicare Claims.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SQL for data analysis is a plus!
Compensation: This position offers a salary of $60,000 – $85,000, depending on experience.
