Automation Tester/SDET (Hybrid Role)
Location- Hybrid Role- Bellevue, WA
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience as Automation QA/SDET
- Should work closely with Product owner, developer and other team members to understand requirement and highlight any issue/risk on time
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation tests and framework libraries to verify the functionality and reliability of software
- Should have experience working with Automation testing framework such as Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, TestNG, Rest Assured etc.
- Should have hands-on experience writing automation code in Java OR C#
- Analyze test reports to discover and report defects on time and track it till closure
- Proficiency in version control systems like GIT/Subversion for automation code maintenance.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipeline for automated testing using Jenkins/Azure etc.
Must have Skills:
- Should work closely with Product owner, developer and other team members to understand requirement and highlight any issue/risk on time
- Should have experience working with Automation testing framework such as Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, TestNG, Rest Assured etc.
- Should have hands-on experience writing automation code in Java/C#
Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $83500 – $99000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
