What you will do:
Perform systems management and integration functions. Feature Testing in New Product Introduction (NPI) telecommunications projects involving integrating 4G and 5G Radio Access Network (RAN) technology into customer networks. Responsible for technical issues, and point of contact towards the Customer Project Manager (CPM), customer and PDU throughout the project. Work closely with CPM and customer in the lab testing to define the scope of work, resource plan, timeline, Test Object List (TOL), and risk assessment. Involved in all phases of the project: feasibility, Clean Run (CR), acceptance, and Primary Consolidation (PC). Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve SW/HW technical problems in existing customer networks. Prepare and present reports for customer acceptance of Feature Testing and act a direct interface between customer and Ericsson.
You will bring:
7 years of experience as an Engineer or related. 7 years of experience to include: Integrating 5G and 6G Radio Access Network (RAN) technology into customer networks. 5 years of experience to include: Working with customers on SW/HW features capabilities and concepts at the pre-commercial product phase; resolving technical aspects required for implementing and developing RAN and end-to-end features; design, test, documentation, and product line management for product development process; Radio Base Stations involving LTE (Long Term Evolution), NR (New Radio), and RAN technologies; working with software and hardware features of NSA NR (Non-Standalone New Radio), carrier aggregation, 5G High Band, Mid-Band, and Low-Band technology, system integration, network architecture, and call flows; QXDM and TEMS; and supporting product features and network problems in customer lab environments and existing networks.
