What you can expect
The role involves preparing for board and committee meetings, managing corporate governance and policies, staying informed on legal trends, supporting stock administration and M&A transactions, providing legal training, offering strategic counsel on corporate governance matters, assisting with SEC reporting, developing governance policies, advising on regulatory matters, supporting disclosure and reporting, staying updated on legal issues, collaborating on administrative functions, implementing training initiatives, and handling various projects as needed.
About the Team

As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to navigate complex legal challenges, manage corporate governance matters, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. What we’re looking for
- Have 12+ years of relevant experience in Corporate governance (must have experience working in a law firm and in-house)
- Have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple deadlines
- Have a good sense of humor and ability to influence
- Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Have excellent professionalism, integrity, good judgment and respect for confidentiality
- Have a flexible, can-do attitude that makes you willing (and excited!) to take on new, unfamiliar tasks
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:$184,900.00
Maximum:$323,600.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
