Job Summary and Qualifications
- Responsible for Project Management functions in support of Hospital mission, vision and facility goals. The position establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors. Provides leadership and consultative services to departments and services within the organization. Provides leadership and oversight for all master planning, design, construction, renovation and refresh projects at Medical City Dallas Hospital, Medical City Children’s Hospital and Medical City Dallas East Hospital. Additionally, directs and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives are met in accordance with established priorities, time limitations and funding conditions.
What qualifications you will need:
- This position does not require a degree, but a bachelors in Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design is preferred.
- Requires at least 3 years project management/architectural experience.
- Requires a good understanding of hospital environment, processes, as well as equipment and its impact upon the facility.
- Demonstrated successful implementations of customer service, teambuilding, and PI programs and/or processes
