Job Description:
In Office Mailroom Document Clerks
El Paso, TX (Westside area)
Hourly Pay Rate: $14.00/hr.
Monday – Saturdays 7:00am-4:30pm (OT Likely)
What you will be doing:
- Training is mandatory and attendance is very critical.
- Training will be 4 weeks from 8:00-4:30 Monday-Friday
- After trainingALL employees are scheduled to work on Saturdays.
- Pocessors will arrive at the facility by 7:00 am, you are responsible for all mail processes.
- Receive all mail that comes into onsites mail center
- Open and sort all mail documents accordingly
- Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.
- Creating and sorting scanned images, documents, files, and archives in various form types.
- Identifies documents and their purpose and follow company processing procedures
- Attention to detail is critical and ability to pick up on processes quickly is a must.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to work Saturdays.
People who succeed in this role have:
- Previous working experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and some data entry.
- Ability to perform repetative and physical movements through out work shift
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Medical,Hospital and Dental insurance Claims is preferred
- Strong work ethic.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
