Job Description Summary
As a Senior Finance Productivity Leader, the candidate will work closely with operations, supply chain, and digital to report and drive productivity. The candidate will need to demonstrate capability in cross functional team alignment, a mindset for analytics and an in-depth knowledge of cost pools and how they are influenced.

Roles and Responsibilities
- FP&A:
- Lead existing FP&A responsibilities for Services and CES consolidated productivity
- Expand current FP&A capabilities to include additional insight into performance
- Improve, automate, and de-risk reporting
- Long-term accounting analytics:
- Perform analytics and create process to connect results from operational productivity (year-over-year) to productivity measured through long-term accounting methodology (CSA)
- Cost pool partnership:
- Partner with cost pool owners (lease pool, warranty & concession, RSP, etc) to report performance, analyze results, create and drive action plans, and validate projects
- Perform role with mindset for process and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounting/Finance and/or Operations
