Responsibilities:
- Completes all documentation supporting customer requirements, reporting, ISO and other quality systems.
- Performs high to advanced complex calibrations: PD and GP
- Acts as a subject matter expert in multiple measurement disciplines
- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
- Application and understanding of Quality protocols.
- Acts as customer advocate
Qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Office 365 products
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Must meet requirements to drive a company vehicle (Valid driver’s license and clean driving record).
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Capable of lifting (50 pounds) unassisted.
- College degree, or continued education.
- Military Metrology/Calibration (PMEL or TMDE) training.
This position’s primary/essential functions are subject to U.S. Government ITAR compliance requirements under current government contracts. Therefore, all employees in this position must be either: 1) a U.S. citizen, permanent resident (green card holder) or refugee/asylee or 2) must be willing to allow or cooperate with the company in applying for a U.S. government license, if necessary.
