Cognizant’s Digital Engineering practice is seeking Sr Agilist who have experience executing scrum methodologies towards digital transformation projects. This Agilist role fundamentally guides the modern software development team by taking an active role in planning, facilitation to achieve our committed outcomes. This role requires solid, practical experience with Agile techniques and approaches to guide, support and improve product teams. You will collaborate intensively with your team members and Product Owners. You will also interact with Cognizant clients to mentor, consult, and assist them in making appropriate process decisions and solve any blocking points.

Responsibilities

- Strong technology skills to help facilitate conversations around engineering best practices to include XP DevOps etc.
- Continuous Improvement mindset with experience to understand how to take a pragmatic approach.
- Experience of working in change / transformation projects in a global complex organization.
Qualifications
- Essential – bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline.
- 7+ years of successful lean-agile and SAFe transformational experience.
- Experience of applying and analyzing Benefits and Value Management techniques in a business performance context.
- SAFe SPC certification (must have certified a handful of students).
- Scrum and Agile Certifications.
- Best practice:
– Tools – Power BI JIRA Confluence MIRO.
– Software Engineering experience.
– Product Management experience.
– Agile/Lean process methodologies.
– ScrumMaster/RTE experience o Dashboards/Metrics.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $95,000.00 – $130.000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
