Job Description:
- The company is looking for anybody with machine build or machine tool electrician experience
- Read schematic / cell drawing and lay out full cell. Wire cell from Controller to robots.
- The day to day activity will include working on different robotic assembly, wiring and system integration
- They will get the blue prints of the robotic cell that needs to be assembled and will have direction on where to start
- Normally they will work on the same area for a few weeks and on the same cells
- After that cell is completed, they will get more direction. Each cell will have different instructions because the cells will be for different companies.
- Responsible for automation systems project build, including but not limited to mechanical
- assembly, cutting, painting, light fabrication/modification
- Responsible for pneumatic/hydraulic/electrical connections and integration support
- Support vision equipment installation/mounting/troubleshooting
- Support system power on, validation of build, trouble shooting and integration
- Responsible for tear-down of systems and packing prep of equipment for shipment
- Provide field installation support
- Provide field support of systems for troubleshooting, diagnosis and issue resolution (mechanical
- and electrical.)
Shifts:
1st shift: Monday – Thursday 6am to 4:30pm; Fridays 6am to 2:30pm; some Saturdays 6am to 2:30pm
2nd shift: Monday – Thursday 3 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. , Friday 3 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.; some Saturdays 6 a.m.. – 2:30 p.m.
