Controller – 100% Remote, Most States Eligible
The Controller will play a key role in modernizing our revenue and accounts receivable accounting processes ensuring the system policy is adhered to and compliance to the overall control structure are functioning properly. The role is responsible for working closely with the regional finance leadership, System Finance leadership, Revenue Cycle, FP&A, and external partners to ensure proper understanding of our financials and verify that results are materially accurate.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. Or equivalent educ/experience,
- 10 or more years – Experience in finance or accounting, in a shared services environment.
- 8 years – Experience in a leadership role/capacity.
- 3 years – Experience with Crowe Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA) or Related Software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree – Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Active CPA license upon hire.
- 8 years – Experience in a healthcare organization.
