As Director, you will work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, Operations, and our Go-To-Market teams to build the next generation of retail advertiser experiences. You will establish an integrated strategy and drive strategic initiatives for the Consumer portfolio. You will partner with executive leaders to understand the existing product roadmaps, perform market analysis, assess trends, and identify growth opportunities. You will serve as a thought partner to several leaders across the Consumer portfolio, and build and drive growth initiatives for the business.
In this role, you will play a critical leadership role through the next phases of our strategy and growth. You will cross both strategic and operational initiatives and build effective bridges and alignment through partnerships and communication skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $246,000-$361,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in product management or related (i.e., product conception, launching, building, and growing multiple products).
- 10 years of experience leading and developing a product management team.
- Experience building and scaling B2B and marketplace products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience defining technical and business strategy, and building a team to deliver against Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Expertise working with cross-functional teams leading engineering, marketing, sales, and partnerships.
- Experience building and scaling successful consumer and/or ads products, with an excellent consumer product sensibility.
- Technical proficiency with the ability to work closely with engineering partners.
- Passion for and thought leadership within retail and/or e-commerce, either on the consumer or merchant/seller side.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of highly motivated product management professionals to execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Be responsible, along with the engineering counterpart, for the overall business/engagement goals while keeping the end user at the very core of the product experience.
- Collaborate cross-product areas, internal SAGE teams, Ads teams, Commerce Shopping teams, and Merchant teams, and build partnerships with many Global Business Organization (GBO) teams.
- Use board level, executive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills to ensure we are approaching the market opportunities correctly and considering all the actors.
