Raytheon Technologies is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer – Solutions Product Owner (PO). The candidate will lead in the accomplishment of engineering tasks in an iterative development environment. The Solutions PO will communicate and work closely with their team, the customer, and other Product Owners in support of ground system development activity. The candidate will lead a multi-discipline team of engineers: plan, assign, status, provide technical direction, lead, and guide all Agile tasks across the team. The PO attends technical interchange meetings with the team members and other program personnel and represents the organization in matters pertaining to the development of projects, provide status on assigned Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) tasks as required and provide document review and resolve technical systems engineering and integration issues. Additionally, the PO may support ECP efforts and various proposal efforts. This candidate must have the ability to care for time and resources in order to meet assigned deadlines.

Security Clearance Required:
An active and in-scope Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. security clearance
Required Skills:
– Experience defining acceptance criteria for capabilities to be detail designed and developed by external teams
– Understand and have extensive experience conducting design and/or modeling
– Ability to decompose customer epics into capabilities that can then be decomposed by the development teams into actionable features
– Demonstrated experience speaking in the customer’s voice and acting as the customer representative during capability development
– Experience working in an Agile or DevOps development environment, being part of a highly integrated team working closely with SW, Integration and Verification teams
– Experience in some or all systems engineering functions including operations concept development, System and product design, requirements management, technical risk management, interface definition and control
– Demonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with all levels of program, customers, and techn
– Experience with Magic Drawical leads (IPTs, chief engineers, architects)
– Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
– Experience with Microsoft Office suite of resources

– Experience with Atlassian products (specifically Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Jira)
– Experience with automation tools such as Ansible (preferred), Chef, Puppet, SaltStack

– Experience as a Scrum Master
– Knowledge of products releasability algorithms and familiarity with Atlassian resource suite, specifically: Jira and Confluence
Required Education and Experience:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and minimum 8 years’ relevant or equivalent experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
