Description
- Our client is currently seeking a Sanitation Manager for a Food Manufacturing company near York, Pennsylvania
.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure that employee safety is a priority and correct and differences immediately
- Instruct and train all sanitation employees to adhere to good manufacturing processes
- Maintain the Sanitation records and supervise the Master Sanitation schedule
- Monitor and audit sanitation programas well as make adjustments to SOP’s or check lists and packaging equipment cleaning systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Communication between the Production Manager to ensure the sanitation department has the correct amount of supplies
Qualifications & Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 4+ years in food manufacturing sanitation
- Previous Leadership experience
- Bilingual is a plus
