Job Description
The HT Group is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for a client in Beaumont. Hours are Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm. Pay is $14/hr. This is a temp to hire position.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Waiting on walk in customers – great customer service
- Taking orders via phone, internet, in-person
- Excel and Data Entry experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Upbeat and personable / friendly
- Will need to be able to lift up to 25 lbs. while stocking shelves
- Climbing ladders and using step stools
- Ability to stand for long periods at a time
Required Skills/Abilities:
- One year of relevant experience in a Customer Service role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and/or with little supervision.
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of the day, stoop, kneel, squat, climbing, pushing, pulling and lift objects.
- Reliable to show up on scheduled shifts ready to work
- Must have reliable transportation
Additional Information:
- Mon-Fri 9:00 am-6:00 pm (1 hour lunch)
- Pay: $14hr
- Must be physically able to maneuver in small spaces
