As the Senior Partner Manager- MSP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our MSP strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing systems that enhance our service delivery, drive revenue, and accelerate growth in the partner arena. Your expertise will be crucial in building strong relationships with our MSP partners and ensuring the success of our collaborative efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive MSP strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of systems and processes that optimize service delivery and partner engagement.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within the MSP ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MSP initiatives with overall business operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with MSP partners, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial environment.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing MSP strategies within an enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of MSP systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with MSP partners.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

The base pay range for this role is $146,650 to $225,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
