CUSTOMER SERVICE ANALYST- 2nd SHIFT
EL PASO, TX – 2nd SHIFT
The Role:
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- The CSA will review daily customer demand, determine current day’s shipping requirements, and check inventory levels.
- Communicate with Customers, Lear plants, Warehouse, and all customer service team to report any issues that may affect the customer or Lear KPI’s.
- Ensure Customer Delivery performance rating is reviewed & resolved from Customer Portals: daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Ensure part numbers are properly set up in El Paso Warehouse database, ensure FIFO is always followed by Warehouse, and to provide correct shipping information.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience in material requirements planning (MRP), Logistics or Supply Chain
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Experience in Inventory Control (Shipping and Receiving)
- MS Office Proficiency
Bonus If You Have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in an automotive or manufacturing environment
- OEM Portals Knowledge (Ford, Stellantis, Volvo and GM)
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
