Job Duties: Vice President, Client Relationship Management with Folio Financial, Inc in Salt Lake City, Utah. Perform training of platform to onboarding advisors that are onboarding to the Firm. Perform training of platform to internal departments. Create new Firm partner coding on platform for new clients. Manage new user entitlements for onboarding advisors. Develop and manage tracking materials for advisors during transition. Conduct ongoing learning into platform developments to improve training to advisors. Maintain organization of project folders and material. Develop new training materials to provide to advisors.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Prior experience must include three (3) years: Working on change management process improvement; communicating effectively and efficiently verbally and in writing with clients on open actionable items; and working with Excel to manage advisor tracking for transitions and manage data. Prior experience must include two (2) years: Creating and managing transition tracking for all transitioning accounts, delivering to advisors daily updated tracking. Travel required up to 10% travel domestically to support transition account opening effort.
