Key Skills:

– Should have good Experience in handling Bank related work (Drafting LC agreements, Getting BG’s, Making International TT Payments & other Bank Payments)

– Should have experience in verification and validation of expenses (Employee Claims verification, Purchase Verifications and other Expenses Verification)

– Should have experience in Import Process (Understating of Bill of Entries (BOE), getting Insurance for Shipments, Landing Cost Calculations, Custom Duty Payments, Submission of BOE’s with Bank)

– Should have knowledge in payroll processing (TDS calculations, ESI Calculations, PF Calculations and filing of statutory Returns related to employees)

– Should have knowledge in TDS filings and TDS provisions.

– Should have knowledge in preparation of MIS, Understanding of P&L statements and Balance sheet.

– Should have knowledge on Month End accruals.

– Managing Petty cash in different locations. And Reconciliation of Vendors ledger and other accounts on weekly basis.

– Minimum Knowledge on GST provisions

– Should have complete understanding of Sales process (Issuing Sales Orders, Generating Invoices and E way bills)

– Should have experience in collection management. (Should check pending collections on daily basis, and has to do follow up with Sales persons/Partners to get payment)

– Reconciliation of Debtors ledger and updating TDS receivable as form 26AS

– Complete Knowledge in GST filings (GSTR1 and GSTR3B)

– Able co-ordinate with sales team and dispatch team to Improve sales process.

– Knowledge in understanding financials statements.
