The job profile for this position is QA & Testing Senior Advisor which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services, Inc.
Responsibilities-
- Define testing criteria using relevant business specifications.
- Design and develop optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Perform functional, integration, release, and regression testing.
- Determine test strategy/plan for manual and automated testing using agile methodology.
- Design and develop scripts to run automated tests.
- Build and perform end to end validation on data warehouse platforms and perform business intelligence testing.
- Validate production releases for assigned projects.
- Represent team in testing meetings.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to leverage data and information to support business and client needs.
- Work with business analysts, subject matter experts, and developers to assist in data integration and transformation analysis.
- Participate in discovery meetings, provide estimates, analyze and validate project requirements and technical specifications.
- Perform impact analysis, document key issues, and report and triage defects. Partial work from home benefit available.
Qualifications-
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related and five (5) years of experience in Quality Assurance Testing & Analysis, or a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related and two (2) years of experience in Quality Assurance Testing & Analysis. Must have experience with Mainframe (TSO, File-Aid), DB2, Jira, Zephyr, Gitlab, Jenkins, SQL, Agile/Scrum methodology,
