Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead and oversee the aftermarket material planning team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, and promote a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement robust strategies for effective material management and purchasing activities. Ensure the seamless integration of supply chain processes to meet the aftermarket objectives.
- Inventory Management: Define appropriate inventory levels to balance supply/demand effectively, reducing excess stock and ensuring availability. Implement strategies for optimal inventory turnover.
- Collaboration: Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to guarantee the timely and accurate availability of materials. Build strong relationships to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to achieve better efficiency and performance. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that streamline operations and boost productivity.
- ERP Systems Management: Ensure the proper functioning of ERP systems, utilizing them to their full potential for efficient material planning and inventory control.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in material planning or supply chain management
- 2+ years of managing a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Master’s degree in supply chain management
- Certification in APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) or similar
- Proficiency in material planning software and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE
- Experience with international sourcing and procurement
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
- English communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Work experience with a focus on aftermarket services

Pay Range:$109,456 – $191,938 Annually
