The Brand Marketing Manager (BMM) leads regional marketing efforts to drive sales & product consumption, win new consumers, and build brand love. BMMs embody our commitment to giving a local face to the global brand by developing beverage marketing plans informed by consumer & product insights and coaching their teams of specialists towards best-in-class execution.
- MARKETING AND COMMERCIALIZATIONBe the eyes, ears, and voice of the consumer, leveraging your understanding of regional insights, demographics, and psychographics to influence marketing initiatives & local ATL campaign spendBuild & lead a local ‘360’ marketing plan that increases brand awareness & product consumption through occasions (work, study, fitness, gaming) and choiceLeverage national programming to drive sales in regional retail accountsCreate custom retail programming in collaboration with Key Accounts and Product Marketing teams when necessaryOversee regional sampling & collegiate marketing programs that engage current and nextgeneration consumersCollaborate with regional Sports, Culture, and Communications teams to optimize outcome of brand initiativesEnsure all local brand/beverage efforts are executed in line with national/global strategy and guidelinesDevelop appropriate and measurable marketing objectives for the regionDevelop & execute event barters and other custom programs in partnership with Sales teamsLeverage insights to influence & support the dollar allocation and strategic focus of POS plansLead all regional product launches, building & developing cross-functional plans within the region
- LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENTClosely manage the budgets for Consumer Collecting (sampling/collegiate), Consumer Occasions, & Product Marketing activations within the regionDevelop a thorough understanding of the Consumer Collecting program, team dynamics, and sampling goalsOversee regional execution of Student Marketeer program, ensuring we meet can goals, effectively use hours, and deliver excellent campus plansHire & onboard and/or get to know your team of specialistsProvide consistent & timely coaching, build targets & development plans, and establish team routines & ways of workingInterview candidates for part-time workforce and provide feedback to your specialists, equipping them with information to make sound hiring decisionsLive the Brand Marketing standards (sense of urgency, innovation, calculated risk-taking, and integrity) and lead by example
