As a Senior Data and Analytics Architect at Kellanova, you will facilitate the identification of our data sources and organize them within our systems. Partnering with internal stakeholders, you will provide overall direction, guidance, and definition of architecture programs centered around data and analytics that effectively support business strategies. This role will be hybrid and based in Battle Creek, MI.
This is pivotal in managing and optimizing the vast array of data related to our products and innovations. With a focus on vendor and customer pricing, you’ll ensure accurate and efficient data handling across all platforms.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Technical Consulting –Collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders including Business Relationship Managers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Engineers, and Developers. You will offer technical guidance and innovative solutions for the enterprise components of data and analytics technology architecture.
- Drive Processes – Evaluate platform health, uncover value opportunities and functional requirements, and assess industry alternatives. Spearhead deployment initiatives across Kellanova’s global data and analytics technology landscape.
- Design and Deploy – Enhance efficiencies with data architecture patterns and ecosystems, including data stores (operational systems, data warehouses), ingress patterns (API, streaming, ETL/ELT), egress patterns (analytics/decision tools, BI tools), and reusable data products (data services, SAP data operations, APIs).
- Continuous Improvement and Delivery – Drive continuous improvement and data management standards to ensure the long-term sustainability and efficiency of the architecture. Maintain a centralized knowledge base for data and analytics technology components (documentation, maps, data flows, technical specifications, version control).
We’re Looking for Someone With
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in data and analytics with a focus on customer pricing
- Data governance experience
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing global SAP solutions that empower data-driven decisions
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts by adjusting messaging to the audience
- Ability to understand global business intelligence needs and create a global analytics strategy and roadmap
- Demonstrated ability to document complex concepts and solutions with clarity and precision
