Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Brand Expression Designer to join our dynamic P&G Ventures team, where innovation meets creativity developing ground-breaking brands, such as, Zevo and Spruce! In this role, you will serve as a hands-on Graphic Designer focusing on creating exceptional brand experiences and innovative packaging design. At P&G, Design is a critical part of the diverse team, using our creative superpowers to solve business challenges, envision possibilities & bring them to life with impeccable craft, going beyond the expected to surprise & delight consumers.
As part of the Design team in P&G Ventures, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future vision of our iconic brands. You will be responsible for concepting and designing winning packaging, instore, digital content and more across our brands and implementing with excellence. Understanding Design Fundamentals and having strong collaboration skills will be essential, as you will interact with other designers and multidisciplinary teams to create winning design solutions.
Job Qualifications
What You Will Do:
- Design Excellence: Understand business objectives and consumer behaviors to design on key projects from concept through execution. Contribute to the development of packaging and visual brand experiences.
- Design Thinking: Participate in Design Sprints and design thinking sessions with cross-functional partners to solve complex challenges.
- Collaboration: Manage internal and external design partners, fostering problem-solving and delivering superior designs in a fast-paced business environment.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree
- Hands-on Graphic Design Skills with proficiency in current graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of Design Principles and Systems, aesthetics, typography, color. A portfolio that demonstrates graphic design, package design and brand identity. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, system thinking, brand building, storytelling, design thinking & problem-solving.
- Teamwork & Communication: Has excellent collaboration skills and leadership, and for your ability to work creatively with others. Forms and communicates a clear design vision and can effectively prioritize workload.
